Please sign up to help in the kitchen on Trout Opening Day. 

No experience is necessary.

Lt. Ham will be starting work in the kitchen on Trout Opening Day at 5am. He will man the grill but will need help with managing the buffet, cooking eggs, taking orders, handling cash, etc. etc. 

Any assistance even for an hour or two anytime from 6am to early afternoon will be greatly appreciated.

This would be an excellent opportunity for new and established members to contribute and meet fellow members in a warm aromatic environment.
