Member's Only Pumpkin Shoot Competition
Being held on Saturday 11/07/26 at 9:30AM
ELIGIBILITY - The match is open to SCCSFA members only. Youths under the age of 18 who are children or legal wards of a member may also participate. The member parent/guardian must be present for the entire time. The match will be run on the 25-Yard Range.
TIME: Registration is at :930 AM. Safety Briefing is at 9:45 AM. Competition begins at 10:00 AM. All shooters must attend the Safety Briefing.
THE GAME - Participants draw a face or may choose to decorate free style. The Pumpkins will then be “carved” by shooting out the marked areas to form a face or design.
FIREARM – A .22 caliber rifle is suggested, but other calibers safe to use on the 25-Yard Range is acceptable. The shooter has their choice of sights.
THE PROCEDURE - Once pumpkins are set up, shooters will have 15 minutes to “carve”. There is no shot count limit.
THE SETUP – Shooter choice from the seated bench rest.
Competition - This is a Fun Shoot with no material prizes.
